The Manners Arms is a hunting lodge to Belvoir Castle on the Duke of Rutland's parkland estate. The Manners Arms has been beautifully renovated and refurbished by the Duke and the Duchess to create a luxurious and tranquil country retreat in which to relax. Décor and furnishings of the charming en suite bedrooms were personally chosen by the Duchess to a very high specification. Facilities include ten individually designed bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and their own unique character and charm. The décor has been personally chosen by the Duchess of Rutland to a very high specification

The bedrooms have been named after present, and past, family members and reflect the character and nature of the individual from the Flying Dukes bedroom to Violet the Soul. Many of the original lodge features have been retained, including the fine flagstone entrance, highly polished dark wood floors and numerous old prints and hunting trophies. The Manners Arms has a wonderful patio and garden area, ideal for lazing in the summer sun and is overlooked by the conservatory.

The Beaters Bar is an ideal venue to enjoy a chat with fellow guests over pre dinner apéritifs whilst perusing the intimate restaurant's extensive and imaginative menu. Popular dishes, enhanced with local produce, include venison, grouse, pheasant, pike and trout from the Duke of Rutland's nearby Belvoir Castle Estate. The Castle, free entry with a 2 night stay and is within easy reach and the shopping attractions and ancient sights of Grantham are 7 miles away.
