The Midsummer Great Escape at Belvoir Castle for Motorhomes and Campervans.
The outdoor show and events team from Motor Plus attended the event at Belvoir Castle that took place on the 17th- 19th June 2011 in the grounds of the stunning Belvoir Castle country estate. The Show was hailed a success for us at Motor Plus with thousands of people staying on-site or visiting for the day to relish in a weekend of camping, shopping and entertainment! We sold eight motorhomes including Eldiss and Auto Sleepers from attending the event and found that there was a demand for being available to local people.We now advertise on the Vale of Belvoir website to keep in touch with local buyers and customers. Belvoir Castle atracted over 180 exhibitors relating to Motorhomes and campervans.
On Friday morning the exhibition area opened and flocks of motor homes and campers as well as day visitors flooded in and there was plenty for them all to see and do. Belvoir Castle atracted over 180 exhibitors that were on-site and the exhibition area was fully stocked with both new and used motorhomes and campervans, a French market, a craft marquee and hundreds of other stands brimming with things to buy and see. There was also plenty of daytime activities to keep visitors of all ages entertained. For children there was a fun fair, storytelling and workshops and for adults there was music as well as a Real Ale Bar to relax in and think about that all-important purchase of the new motorhome or camper. Some adventurous visitors even took to Belvoir Lake for a canoeing and kayaking taster session this was a great day out family event. To top the event open-air concerts with a Robbie Williams Tribute Act, Grease and a Last Night of the Proms Concert taking to the stage.All in all it was a great event to attend with our business rewarded with sales!
