Romahome Ltd has not be around to long but have certainly made an impact on the motorhome world, having been formed in 2001 after many years of operating as a GRP boat and body builder on the Isle of Wight they made a step change into building motorhomes. They maintain the skilled boat and body mould makers now produce the moulds and tools for today’s range of Romahome motorhomes. The model range caters for the one berth entry model and goes through to two and four berth models as well.
The Romahome design team are constantly engage in designing new products that they are able to engineer the shape to maximise the strength in both the outer body and internal fittings of the range of all of the Romahome range of motorhomes. The enables the building of a monocoque body and module furniture that the team knows the product will be strong and long lasting in its life cycle of coming into use from new and through out its life as a used motorhome.
The R10 is based on Citroen’s award winning new Nemo van with its compact exterior dimensions which mirror the footprint of their C3 car. Its tardis-like dimensions of only 12 ft 7in long are complimented by a turning circle of just 10 metres, the R10 is perfect for nipping through tight spaces and its overall height is only 6 ft 3 ins, meaning the R10 will fit into many garages and multi-storey car parks.
