Roseland Group is a family run enterprise and run from the Roseland Business Park that is an expansive secure site in the East Midlands offering serviced warehousing, outdoor storage, workshop and office premises. Roseland Group Ltd was established as a private company in 1992, providing serviced warehousing, workshop and office premises across the East Midlands. The heart of the operation was the site of a former World War Two airfield known as RAF Bottesford, that is of historical interest and was used by RAF bomber command and is now the busy Roseland Business Park. Located just a mile away from the main A1 motorway with its own secure enterance off the motorway and is very close to linking in to many major transport routes, situated between Newark and Grantham and on the border of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, the storage site has proved to be an ideal logistical position for a diverse range of business activities in the United Kingdom.

The T2 (type two) aircraft hangars that were once home to the legendary Lancaster bombers have been developed into modern warehouses, often extended in sympathy with the original roof lines to provide a total of 60,000 square feet of floor space under one roof. Visually, there are many other remnants of the historic airfield in existence today that have been adapted to storage uses. The control tower is now used as an office complex and many of the auxiliary buildings on the site are venues for offices, workshops and other storage facilities. Additionally, much of the runway infrastructure is still in place that is now providing a flexible supply of external storage to many different business storage uses.

Major developments in recent years have included the construction of a private road connecting the park directly to the A1, alleviating much of the traffic through the local villages. Our award winning head office at the entrance to the park was inspired by another World War Two control tower in Archerfield, Australia and was completed in 2005. In tandem with the development of the business park, Roseland Group has invested heavily into the rural landscape of the site. To date, our planting scheme has generated in excess of 100,000 multi-species trees in new plantations in addition to the re-stocking and management of existing woodland, which has greatly benefited local wildlife. Roseland’s interests continue to diversify with developments both on our core site and further afield.
