The Old Hall Coach Houe is a Victorian former Coach House on the edge of Rutland Water in front of the house stands a beautiful weeping willow tree encircled by a gravel drive.In the spring, the snowdrops, crocuses, scillas and aconites show their brilliance in the pale sunshine.The gardens and paddock extend to almost 3 acres with fantastic views over Rutland water and the Normanton church.
Everyone who comes to Rutland is enchanted with the antique shops, good pubs and friendly shops.Edith Weston is situated on the south-western side of England's largest lake Rutland Water and is supposedly named after the wife of Edward the Confessor.Your stay in this bed and breakfast will take a lot of beating it has everything one could wish for.
Your host Cecilie Ingoldby is a fine cook who likes to dine with her guests whenever possible.She has lived in many countries and has many friends from overseas. She loves her home and is delighted to share it with others. Her friendly and relaxed home has a log fire in the drawing room, a sunny conservatory and an elegant dining room. Lovingly decorated bedrooms are made up with fine bed linen on very comfortable beds. All have their own bathrooms and enjoy wonderful views of Rutland Water and the surrounding countryside.
